 Lionel Messi started playing football at a very early age in his hometown’s Newell’s Old Boys.

The Rubbish. The Earth is polluted by different types of gases that hurt the environment and also the people who live there. The rubbish brings various problems, one of which is  pollution. The remains in the process of descomposition expel toxic gases that make impossible the life of the people near these places. Moreover, it damages the ozone layer. In search for a solution, an alternative is the establishment of one recycling plant. The plant separates organic and inorganic matter, plastics, paper and others. To treat to reduce the contamination, we would like to construct one recycling plant. We would like to see a better world.

This is about Technical School Number 1 “Dr Pedro Radío” in Victoria, Entre Rìos.

This school has got three big speciallities of study, and they are mechanical,  agrotechnical and chemical.

Mechanical study: Workshop of carpentry, workshop of fusing and worshop of mechanics.

The agrotechnical speciallity,  works with vegetable growing, animal breeding (horses, rabbits, hens, cows) and gardening, but, we are in the Chemical speciallity.

This school is the only one with the Chemical speciallity in our province.

The measures of security here are:

• It has got equipment of security: extinguishers, switches, etc.

• You must read the jars: some sustances are dengerous.

• You must wash the hands with water and soap.

• You must open and close the entry of gas.

• Don´t touch sustances with the mouth.

Some of the works done in the lab are: evaporation, filtering, pulverising, precipitation, burning and destilation.

The most important process is:

• Water filtering.

To have the substance of beaker B, we must wait for the precipitation, and after that filter it. After filtering the dirty water, add a drop of chlorous in a litre of water.

 In the agro-technical school, we work in certain tasks, and then they come to an end.

OPTION 1

RAW MATERIALS

Lean beef (12.5kg) , lean pork (7.5kg), bacon (5kg), gut (natural or artificial).

ADDITIVES

Fine salt (6 packets), garlic, white pepper (400grams), grain pepper, red pepper (6), thick salt (1kg), 1 bottle of mocato wine, oregano.

MATERIALS

Butcher’s knives, stuffer, work table, mincer, cord.

STEP 1: PROCESSING

Leave the beef, pork and bacon inside, at room temperature for about 5 hours. Then mince the lean meat and bacon. Caution should be taken that the blades are sharp to avoid crushing the meat and bacon. After that, mince the pork slowly.

STEP 2: FLAVOURING

Next, incorporate additives to the minced meat and integrate everything.

STEP 3: SAUSAGES

Remove the air that may be inside the mixture before compacting. After the preparation is inside the gut, press for the air to escape as this can cause fungal salami.

STEP 4: MATURITY

The salami has to be kept at a temperature of 12 to 15° C or less. The maturation time is when the red salami is dry.
